It’s a looong shot, but I couldn’t help noticing the cluster started having problems both times when I did the exact same action - I was trying to place a buy order on the CreoDron event package while in Jita 4-4. I doubt I single handedly took down the cluster, but just giving any info I can to help. 
I think we’ve had feven. Maybe sine.

Lol. Easy come easy go. RIP my 1.5b gila. Finally an opportunity to use a gif after losing the ingame browser, the fun of which was literally half the fun of this game and a mini game unto itself. I so do miss communicating via pictures ingame and seeing the pics other people used to communicate. Those were fun days.
