Just got a cluster shutdown notice, so I guess the rest of us are getting booted as well. 
when i write to suport for reimburstement you write no there is no server issue etc. all the time whean i write to CCP there is some serverr issue. Laag Black Screan Long warp tunel No Local etc.
SERVER UPDATE:
CCP is now charging a server connection fee to play on their server, they have to make some residual income from making it FTP

unscheduled downtimes like this, if you’re killed by npcs typically yes, submit a support ticket to ccp about the issue with as much information as you can.
