EVE is a very complex piece of software and CCP is running it pretty well for 15 years now. So calm down everybody, you ridicule yourself.

I’m one of those who are online in the game. Some aspects of the game aren’t responding:

Project Discovery
Others are claiming ticket support and other website things too but I’ve not experienced those (my existing ticket is replying as normal).
But it really isn’t CCP’s job to satisfy you …
Really, context is everything …
It’s because if you are providing good service, people will get used to it and develop traits of a spoiled child. Now, on every misstep, they’ll cry and rabble and moan.
It’s an issue of being too nice to brats who don’t deserve it.

Me doing a better job than CCP is an irrelevant arguement I’m not a game company. However plenty of gaming companies have significantly less problems than CCP so maybe they should take note.
