I am afraid the sad truth is:
“If there is over 1000 players in one system smooth game experience is not guaranteed.”
CCP should consider placing this phrase on EVE login screen.
CCP Please give us skill points because of this.

Hey, my ship is in space . It’s sad.
Warrios’s Xena, that’s not fair to CCP. 
We have same ■■■■ in different tastes. Sometimes you were logged out and sometimes you have other problems.
Today I want to leave my system, but gate disappears short before jump. Uhhmmmm. Jumping back to my station and that station disappears and reappears three times. Looking in my empty inventory tells me: Go out and make BBQ.

It’s more a matter of business decisions rather than technical decisions. Or so I understood from an eve player who works at the company which handles part of it. Some things just should not be squeezed through Cloud constructs, but well, relations and all that. The moment things get tricky, the added complexity comes to bite.
From what I’ve heard, our German friends are able to log in without issue; sounds like an ISP issue.
Server reboot = best reboot.

Not really, just thorough. Comes after a decade of working on a project where we cant compensate customers for downtime by giving them VIRTUAL currency.
