Due to an issue with startup of the Tranquility cluster, we’re going to have to extend daily downtime a little in order to perform a second restart.

11:15 UTC - Tranquility initial startup failed. Performing another startup.
11:30 UTC - Estimate TQ will be up at 11:45.
11:40 UTC - TQ starting up for second time. Starting in ViP for some testing.
11:48 UTC - TQ open for players. Thanks for your patience.
The community guys are currently returning from EVE Amsterdam, so y’all get me to keep you updated.
