if the server aint up no one can/cant see local in null, if no one can/cant see local in null they cant moan about it… ccp takes the servers down to take peoples mid off it and let us moan about the server being down instead 
…ccp is always one step ahead of us, so maybe it wasn’t unscheduled dt after all
