I would suggest removing from NS but I heard CCP can’t go against NS cryingbears so that won’t ever happen.

we all want vip passes as we love the hard working tecs and we are counting on them bringing our game back i would be happy enuff to just be able to play the singularity server for a few hours to practice my cockpit veiw piloting skills keep going ccp you will sort it we have faith in your skills =)

Might seem completely unrelated but check with the programming around the character retrieval 
I’m probably completely wrong but that seemed down as well. So either that’s based off chat, or chat references that. Just a thought
