Yes, 18:59 too. Was logged on SiSi and did not get DC’ed there, presumably because the traceroute to Singularity is completely different.

Yes of course, that’s your decision to make as a consumer. If BT encounter a similar issue at some point, I’d switch straight away. Brand loyalty doesn’t mean much to me, only quality of service.
Don’t let yourself be taken advantage of though.

It’s a totally different traceroute. I think the Singularity server may be in Iceland?

Last I heard its in Iceland. The main DC for TQ is somewhere in the UK.
