Real nice timing since this is the 20 year anniversary and local/fleet chat windows are totally borked up. Just slightly kills off the play of the game.

Are you seeing the need for compensation for this matter already or are you secretly rubbing your hands in the hopes that players buy more PLEX from you to compensate their losses?
You can’t be serious about having no clue what’s going or or the capacity to roll back the changes you have made.
This clearly is worth $20 a month. PER MONTH. Other games don’t even cost that much and have a working chat.
It were ■■■■■■■ robust IRC-protocols from the 90s when they were working back in the days in EVE and they still work just fine anywhere else. My smartphone can host 100s of them easily. The problem there sits in front of a screen.

Perfect timing, a reminder that CCP are CCCant. 20 years of incompetence, “features” no one wants, terrible attempts at social engineering to support CCP (Insert 9 months at the company before moving to a real job) and their new fresh ideas on rejuvenating the plex purchase and income streams!!!
But it is okay guys, keep buying plex and omega time to stop Pearl Abyss headshotting the game!!!

This opt-in local shows no standings. 
On top of that, the UI is also broken because the text field and user list are not separated from each other. I know it’s only temporary but it’s quite telling that CCP can make Photon even worse still.
I would really love to know what Explorer and the other tech wizards have to say about this who put EVE on this ruinous path.

You can always minimize local chat and turn off blink for the chat if you don’t like it.

Super CCP. We don’t need local chat. There are enough chat channels. This is the ONLY thing that needs to go away. Don’t fix it. BOTS IN GARBAGE.
