Sigh, the image server which is hosted by CCP Games not Squiz is what was returning 404 errors. The images not loading has nothing to do with Squiz.

I wish it had something to do with Squizz because he’s turning into a real pita lately with his website, but sadly it’s only and yet again a CCP issue. Like people have pointed out here as well:

But you are right there is an issue somewhere as types are not loading for tranquility. If I point types to singularity it works.

Looks like chat got sort of fixed. Client still runs kind of wierd. I still do not see any statements from the developers what could have caused the issue and if the players(customers) are going to get some compensation for the couple of days with bad service. There used to be a time when communication with the community was at a higher level and the respect from players was accordingly high.
There shouldnt be an expectation of any kind of compensation. Plenty of players still logged in to play.

0 compensation. Game was playable, nothing was lost.
in this case, you paid when you ordered with a credit card. Delivery boy cant provide refunds.
@CCP_Paragon The chat is still not properly displaying members. It may not be going down, but it sure is not working correctly. Is this being addressed? You have given no indication of this.
