ALL players could still log in to play. not plenty. Connectivity was not impacted in any way, shape or form. Anyone who requests compensation needs to be double billed for a month of service for being bad subscribers

Under the law, its not flawed. One aspect being bugged does not entitle you to compensation when 999,999,999 other aspects work fine.

The difference is I pay them for a service which they were failing to deliver, you on the other hand don’t pay me ■■■■, so I don’t have to be nice to you to keep your business.

Oh I would have loved to, but you see part of my gage play style involves talking to people. Especially as I fly in an open community anyone can join, and well our chat channel(s) were all down because CCP broke the chat chat system. Kind of makes it hard to talk to people and organise in-game activities.
That is unless @Mark_Resurrectus knows something about DSCAN functionality I don’t.
Edit: finally got a reasonable answer from Mark, albeit in another venue. tldr; frustration at the situation has been relayed, that is the best he can do as CSM - a very reasonable reply. Shame it required some mild flogging to get. But thank you none the less.
