You have been out of horde for like a day. If they didn’t have ‘active’ industrialists, who will?
Being able to sit in an Orca does not demonstrate the situational awareness to use it. An Orca must siege to effective. This means no warping. If An Orca wasn’t safe in Horde space, there won’t be many other places it will be.

This is a massive red flag as a candidate and recruiters are lying ( or forgetting to mention the cover fleet is only available for R64 mining, which is taxed to the alliance etc etc ) to you.
Do you have a stash of max research blueprints? Do you have all the science skills for T2 invention? Do you have a supply chain of PI junk that CCP added into anything bigger than a cruiser? Do you have research agents generating datacores? How are your refining and trade skills to minimize taxes and move goods? Do you have a jump freighter to haul all this about?
Being an ‘industrialist’ is more that just what ship you can fly, and there are thousands before you that have all these things you have to compete with. If you don’t have them, you are paying someone else a premium and they are likely making more of the transaction than you are.
Just look at market taxes, even the minimal amount CCP charges can be more profit than the person who built it.
Avoid the disappointment and wasted time investment, find another gameplay that will allow you to be more independent and enjoy the game.
