Nope its affecting Asia and Oceania too. 
Generally they don’t replace anything unless it’s some extremely common well documented bug
Disconnected in a 50+ Man fleet, really sucks since we all got DC’ed with combat timers also and some of the enemy fleet did not get disconnected…

I’m guessing they were really were trying to hot patch the inability to reprocess the new deadspace ore. It failed. And we are stuck in limbo. Fruit loops anyone?
