2FA - Cannot Log into sisi

Hi,

When i try to log in with my account I get prompted to enter 2FA. However I disabled this about 1 year ago.

Support passed me off to this forum so can a support guy help me out here ?

CCP doesn’t give a crap about Sisi unless they’re doing a Mass Test for something. 2FA is constantly giving people a hard time.
