I bought the 2for1 deal for two of my accounts yesterday, but i only received one of the skill packages. I’ve sent multiples messages asking for help with this to CCP, but I haven’t heard a peep from them. Has anyone else had this issue with the promotion?

Here’s a rough idea of what was in similar bundles last year:
So as Uriel’s thread reference says, it looks like they roughly doubled the SP, and gave you 4 Accelerators instead of 2. It’s typical botched CCP planning; where they try to set up something to boost sales but instead end up shooting themselves in the foot. Bad communication, poor design, sloppy marketing and frustrated customers who can’t tell what’s going on with the money they spent.
I swear if it wasn’t for Hilmar’s superior ability to always find someone else to back them, CCP would have driven themselves out of business years ago.

Looks like they have to give 2 of the doubled bundles?
Its called 2-for-1 because you get 1 pack that has twice what it normally has?

No. 2for1 is buy 1 get another 1 for free. Doubling is doubling. If it is double good for them. I bought 1 expecting expecting to get another per their advertisement.
You know the fact I’ve sent multiple requests to them asking what’s going on and have gotten nothing but an some kind of copy and past bullsh about waiting 30 mins is another thing all together.
God this game has become an absolute ass beating

For a number of reasons, my opinion of Eve has done a 180 just from Jan 1 this year. I’m trying to reserve judgment and not get angry about this, but the no response is making this dificult.
I’ve spent over $150 on this damn game in the last 30 days, and i don’t think i should have to read the damn tea leaves every time I interact with the company (if this is the issue). How the f am i supposed to know they doubled and that counts as 2 (once again if thats the issue in the absence of a response from them). It wasn’t even until late last night that it even crossed my mind it could be this.
Whatever. I’ll wait until they deign to respond to me i guess, and I will react accordingly

I agree with OP, it CLEARLY states 2 for 1. So you buy 1 pack and get 2.
What’s in the pack doesn’t come into it. If they doubled the size of what’s in the pack before putting it on 2 for 1 sale that just means you should get 2 doubled packs for the price of 1.
It doesn’t say anywhere that the pack has been doubled for the sale, so that is actually irrelevant.
2 for 1 means 2 for 1, not just the 1 pack. Its contents does not matter for a 2 for 1 deal.

Will you report CCP to them? 
EU loves these cases, but getting their attention is tough.
