We were up from about 10:00 PM EST (3:00 UTC) for 3 or 4 hours. Chat was killed in the middle, but came back in minutes. Wish I could play now…

actually i watched a youtube vid today where US DOJ has slammed the door on a number of call center robocall access points to the us telecom system. i wonder if that has anything to do with this ddos thing is millions of robocalls bouncing around the net for access points they no longer have. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsngQdMiSRM for anyone that hates these things .

It’s the only way to get some value out of the game in these stressful times. It’s after all not my fault that someone at CCP had the brilliant idea that if no one one can connect, then a DDOS is harmless and they no longer need to worry about it. Of course they failed in the implementation and some still can connect. But that’s the quality of work we have come to expect from CCP.

one of the sailient points being eve uses Voip…all these call center robocallers also uses Voip and probably detectable so maybe what we have is voip being slammed because eve uses voip and this crap is trying to call Thru the game…i wonder how long before someone in india extracts eve client and changes their dam robocalls to access eve.
