I know this because I do not authorise the ESI scope and I know there is MISSING losses, because they were not uploaded, I can show them on my own loss list and they’re not on the KB, nobody uploaded them, and I sure didn’t

Killboards require at one least one party, either the victor or victim personally or their corp or alliance, to give access. That or they need to be uploaded manually. Without consent of either side Zkill won’t know anything.

This is a common misconception about killboards, people think they get the information magically from the server without consent

Technically, the Killlboard says some of what Tranquility tells it to as well as what players manually post to it.
