I hope you do realize that you have not described the problem you might be having?
If i click on the search results with your link provided, then the first one is about KDE settings on Linux, the second one is about Windows on a multimonitor setup, the third one then is about a problem on MacOS, then Linux again.
Also most of the topics i looked at found a solution or fix.
I also can report that on Linux with a Wine and X11 based setup i have no problems with a fixed window, because there you can specify a virtual desktop from the outside and tinker with it until everything suits you.
I suppose this won’t help with your problem, but actually what problem and what system is it for you?
I also don’t know what exactly is his issue with window settings, but he is not wrong. CCP completely ignore bug reports. I even reported a highly abusable exploit 2 years ago, still not fixed lol.
well, if you spam the exploit eventually it’ll get too popular and all the fools who should be banned for everything else will finally get banned, problem gets fixed and we’ll live live happily ever after.
