morning patch on 6/10 broken the game. I run eve on potato mode on a mini pc. After this patch. All I get is a black screen when undocked. The game is running, I hear the sounds, I just see nothing but black screen. Game also works fine docked in station. Need help.

Same here with and without potato-mode.
Seems like the the integrated intel chipsets got stomped with the new patch.
There seems to be a Problem with the vertex shaders on my PC.
Bug report filed.
I can still play with one character that is in station.
I dare not to undock, since I got 2 characters stuck in the black screen already. :-/

Today’s patch did mention VRAM utilization changes. Hope they sort this asap

I opned the ingame map and everything freezes and Ive got 13thGen i7 32Gb GPU & 64GB Ram. Even Intel support told me its def a bug with CCP not with my system or graphics

Confirmed for me to on different accounts. I can hear and I can stop my ship with the hotkeys, however black screen on both pilots.

To be more detailed. I can login those characters staying in station, inside the station, i can freely spinning the ships, however once undcoked, the screen turned black. And once the ships undocked or stayed in space, the black screen remained after loggin those characters.
I tried clearing the unused files, downgrading to Direct X 11, setting the laptop graphics to High/Low performance or optimizing it by windows 11, reseting the iris Xe graphics …etc, they didnt work
my Laptop spec:
12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-1235U 1.30 GHz
32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
64-bit operating system
Iris Xe graphics (no external graphic cards)
I have my steamdeck attached to a monitor and the ratio is messed up, like extreme wide screen. Its fine on the steam main page/steam desktop mode, just when i load Eve.
Same issue as above. I have 5 computers I can log on to eve and two of them are doing this black screen when undocking. Other three are good.
it’s 6/11 and the morning patch fixed this for me.

Black screen problem solved, but obviously eve became more laggy than before the change. and occasionally screen freeze for 5 to 10 seconds. Arrrrrr, Intel need more love.
I found that once I open the opportunities my game freeze for some seconds. and why this happened i suspect it is because the newly added feature Freelancer jobs, they fluxed too many stuff into my laptop and flashed every second, so caused lag and freeze.
