I have launched the game with 2 different accounts and the game still in a black screen, this happened afte the last launcher update.

I would first say go into Launcher settings and verify all files, then clean it up with remove unused files…
Anyway, I recently had an issue where the Launcher wouldn’t even boot up when I clicked the Eve Icon on my computer desktop…
Now I don’t know if this would work for you and I’m certainly not a computer programmer… What I ended up doing is open the browser, went to the Eve Online web site and clicked the Download Eve button… It quickly downloaded some info into my browser download file which I clicked… However I didn’t get any on-screen pop-up for downloading files… So I then decided to try and activate the launcher again and much to my surprise it worked…
Before that I didn’t remove or delete any files pertaining to Eve from my computer, I just simply clicked the download and then the Eve Launcher icon…
Hope you get the issue quickly resolved…
i have the same problem, black screen after undock from station.
Intel arc notebook graphic card, update drivers and select dx11 not help(((
I have uninstalled and installed the game twice, cleaned the unused files… downloaded the full client and still not working. I have issued a ticket and a GM said that is a known issue and they are working on it.

Can login as long as the char is in station.

Funny sidenote, i can undock from citadels in 0.0, but not from citadels in highsec

With one char in HS that was docked I could see the station… but then I undocked and black screen lol
Better not undock anything expensive. It WILL be in space. I checked with an alt from another PC.

I believe that the issue is in the game’s code, before the last update I was playing as everyday
