They’re just…being themselves. The NEIGHbors and NEIGHborettes don’t make noise intentionally. The household above my flat is an old couple, but they don’t make any sound. However, when their grandchildren visit them the running noises of the children is loud like the hoof sounds of Tauren Spiritbreaker from the original DOTA and the noises upstairs persist from 9 AM to 11 PM.
