All Orcas in high sec should be disintegrated.
Why wait? Just proactively destroy all mining Orcas. That way you can be sure.
I agree. Orcas shouldn’t be allowed in high sec. Nor should they be allowed to use mining drones. They are a capital support ship for mining barges and their like.

They are all afk by definition

While i agree highsec needs to have permanent safety on would be good for retention And disallow using fillaments in highsec then ofcourse. Basically if you know how the game works you can carebear in any security space, with the exception of wormhole space to some extend, depending on the activity you do.
So if you can carebear in any space, why does high sec need special rules?

Its by far the most difficult space to understand with all the rules and exceptions. In all other spaces the rules are much easier to understand. Having permanent safety in highsec will do just that. The only thing i think people can have against it is if they want easy targets. Well thats not really pvp isn’t it? Besides you can makes by far the most isk passively with station trading. Which doesn’t involve any risk at all.
These randoms who make these manifestos on MMO forums thinking that their ideas are the best, and they are going to be the savior of the game is AMAZING to read. Endless entertainment, such delusion, thank you.
The swarms of PVE carebears who want to remove PVP is baffling. Do you really enjoy sitting in highsec running the same mission over and over for infinity?

Its a sandbox, if more people run it the value of the item you get via lp will go down. As more becomes available. Still their would be much more profitable things to do.
But not things done in total safety as you want.
That totally safety would make it more profitable by far in the long run.
Not at all if stuff becomes abundant it will become worthless.
So then you admit it’ll become worthless after a time.
So why make HS perfectly safe again?
For “retention” of course. 
I think the game is so old with that agent that they built it they probably are afraid to touch any major things creating bugs and might break it and who’s going to fix it , probably the software engineers that starts it all are retired by now so for now that just policing and painting

I fly in, we shoot, most of my interactions are “gf” and that’s it.
Uncommonly, instead: I fly in, we shoot, then after there might be tons of positive chit chat. We talk about fits, mistakes we made, gossip in the FW zone. You know, the positive and constructive kinds of interaction. Despite us shooting at each other, and maybe one of us floating in a pod.

CCP did A LOT of small things to ■■■■ the scene over the years

FW was perfect for new players and for old players tired of power block ■■■■■■■■ , a place to fight not for profit or for power but for fun , full of funny banter and wholesome rivalry
