How convenient, a secret station producing all of these trackable phenomena. I notice it still doesn’t answer any of the questions about how you ‘knew’ it was an NHB facility if the station was primed to explode on approach and the evidence was an etching on the hull. I also notice that mention of how hard it was to find wasn’t made until it was pointed out that a secret station would be hard to find.

No installation is entirely undetectable, as I’m certain you know considering the amount of listening posts and installations the pirate factions have knocking about in space. Some are harder to detect than others unless you know where and what to look for. And for the record, the installation was of the Wekla-class, of which an invoice from Federation Customs indicates at least six are in the possession of NHB, it had the NHB corporate logo emblazoned on the hull, as well as identifying itself through existing records as ‘NHB - **-ISR’.

Well, I’m certain if you took out a policy with those friendly fellows at Pend Insurance than you should be expecting a nice fat cheque in the post. Does that count as a partial refund for your installations? As the invoice certainly indicates to more than one being purchased.

While I am pleased to hear that this farce wasn’t also a tragedy, it seems strange that you are taking the time to emphasize that no one died. Unless you were responsible, and are looking to preemptively establish you are innocent of that particular stain on your honor.

Why would I be responsible for the clear self-destruction of your asset beyond Lt. Phonage approaching it and triggering a self-destruct proximity failsafe? If you knew me, you’d know that I have a deep sense of responsibility and care to my crew members and those of others, including those of the Federal Defence Union and pirate organisations. Even more so, why would I be concerned about your opinion of my honour, considering your own is quite possibly tarnished beyond repair? You have no place to comment on the honour of others.

Of course, if there was crew, from Mr Phonaga’s description it sounded as though they may well not have had time to escape to pods. That being said, I’m confident there weren’t crew if you say there weren’t, as I believe you would be in a position to know that.

If there were crew on board, they surely would’ve seen my own vessel when I initially recce’d the installation. They surely would have either evacuated then after being compromised, or soon after my departure. The lack of response to my presence gives me the confidence to say that the installation was unmanned and entirely automated, as the Wekla-class is entirely capable of operating without a crew.

I think what you meant here was that since your ‘evidence’ proved weak on its own you have moved on to fabricating more. I’m sure that if I was motivated to, I could produce similar documentation showing that you purchased the platform.

You certainly could. Although I’d ask what I’d have to gain from fabricating evidence concerning yourself, Naqam and its relation to the planet in question. My reputation and honour is at stake here, and I wouldn’t have made these accusations lightly if I wasn’t in full confidence that my agent and the evidence already gleaned wasn’t solid.

Put down the shovel? I’ve only uncovered the surface, and I’m going to keep digging until I uncover your litany of lies that you’ve concealed from us all this time. Lt. Phonage and I are chasing up a lead as we speak, and I have secured the services of a reliable and independent third party to verify any evidence recovered from this lead.
