A universal "NEUTRAL" password when visiting ANY system and don't get killed?

Talking about a new ALPHA player perspective…

I would like to explore the deepest spaces. wormholes, nullsec, etc, and don’t get instantly blopped by gates guardians or hunted down bc I could be a SPY or potential enemy…

How can one identify itself as a NEUTRAL wanderer, that is only passing by, maybe doing some mission stuff for Alpha Air training, or even do some ratting… without being targeted or having to do it in the sneakiest way possible…

1: Declare itself when entering an unknown system as ???

I will pay a ”TAX” to the corp owning the system in exchange for a 24h pass…

2: Stay silent, but have a FLAG of some sort, that can be regularly be bought at stations, that identifies me as a “NEUTRAL entity” and this AUTOMATICALLY gives the holder of the activated pass a some sort of UNIVERSAL identificator ( like flashing pirate for example, but opposite)…

and that it will pay the majority corp of the system, say 50% of any mission income as if it was part of their fleet, even if they don’t have one at the moment…

3: Whatever clever idea that would facilitate the wandering about of new players that have no interest in getting into PVP, nor multiboxing, not for lazyness, but because of frankly it’s impossible without a minimum know-out, proper setup, good working condition PC \ connections…

4: What happens if anyone decides to shoot you down whatever the “PASS”… because you could well be a SPY and take advantage of this mechanic… so it should be naturally be nerfed to a very fine degree… like… your scanner can not detect any structures when the “PASS” is enabled…. only WH in and OUT… which already is a big enough RED flag for most people…

but could the PASS also mean whoever shoots you down automatically its CORP gets WAR DEKKED by some HIGHER AUTHORITY that has sold the “PASS”???

Could PRIVATE CORPS ISSUES “FREE PASSES” and free ticket drive-ins in any systems they control so whoever get in, see it on the scan, get there, buy the “PASS” and everyone gets a share of the cake???

–-What do you think???

Is it feasible in any meaningful way to make a better experience for newer players???

-I think it’s a clever idea….

Isn’t that “Member of EVE Scout Enclave”?

You can come fly to our space in null sec and we’ll consider you a neutral too!

Just be aware we shoot neutrals and anyone else who isn’t explicitly a friend.

Everyone shoots neutrals. This has little to do with the potential that they may be a “spy” and a lot to do with the fact that shooting ships is fun.

This.

Also, if you are not blue or purple, chances are high you are out to kill me. Or bring others to kill me. I’d rather kill you first and take all your stuff.

Hi,

you can transfer the ISK of one hundred million to me and I will send you the neutral transit permit. This permit is valid for lowsec, nullsec, pochven, and jspace, sir. Please do the needful and transfer the isk now sir, and I will do each and everything to get you a transit permit for one month sent to you as soon as possible sir.

Thank you.

My dude…

I thought of half a dozen ways to abuse the hell out of this before I got a third the way through the proposal.

And it 100% would get abused.

If you want to go exploring wormholes or nullsec, there’s nothing stopping you. You just have to accept that once you leave hisec, any in game penalty for someone to shoot you starts dropping to zero very rapidly. Blunder into a gatecamp or a fleet in your travels and they will try to shoot you.

You may be interested in the tale of Katia Sai, who managed to visit every single system accessible to players in the entire game. Without losing a single ship in the process. Now, I’ll grant you that this ship was an Astero and he was indeed an Omega player so could use the Covert Cloak.

OP your proposal is flawed on principle, and let me explain.

You are assuming that people will honour whatever solution it is. That they do not want to shoot and destroy new players, cheap ships and inexperienced players.

The reality is that most people will happily go for a newbie knowing they will be an easy target. Even if they will not profit for it in ISK. They just like to shoot stuff and they like easy. Simple as that.

The only way to avoid it? Don’t let them know you are there, don’t let them catch you, or catch them yourself before.

It is not a fair game. It is a sandbox, it is brutal and it is for the blood thirsty. Accept it.

Exploring in Eve can be frustrating at times.

My advice would be that if you don’t want to get caught camps learn how to avoid them. If you go out to Null you are invading a corps SOV space and they hunt you down so learn how to avoid them if you don’t want a fight. or just don’t go out there.

Wormholes were practically made for small gang PVP. so once again you can explore them but its risky and if you don’t want a fight learn to avoid other players or just don’t go in them.

P.s If you not loosing ships, Your not trying hard enough.
