One of my fellow newbies was thinking in purchase a minmatar control tower small blueprint BPO, but he dont know cant be manufacturated.
Is not me, but casually i have too one of them making dust in a station. Any chance this be changed for something useful as happen with some POS modules, isk refunded or simply wiped ?

Probably not at this point, but it’s possible. Depends on if CCP finally follows through in getting rid of POS code for good. No timeline on that.
in the past they changed some items, as bluprints for compression modules of pos, for somethings,… can the CSM suggest the change ? no problem for remain in database, the idea is not in game anymore.
