Abyssal - Triglavian Survey Database Caches

Aside from selling the loot to CONCORD for 100K ISK, I’ve seen that the Triglavian Survey Database can be ‘interfaced’ with the bioadaptive cache and gates to drop Vaults for lore fragments.

Was that a limited time event that I missed way back or is there a way to do that, I know it only lore stuff and the databases are basically just NPC -> ISK, but still I’m curious.

Bioadaptive Caches no longer accept Triglavian Survey Data in exchange for Data Vaults. Triglavian datastreams may become available from other sources.
