Account Email does not math Tranquility

Hi there,

GMs had to setup new emails for my accounts on Tranquility. I tried to login on SISI and it says I have to confirm my email first. But: this old email address is non-existent anymore and thus had to be manually adjusted on Tranquility. How can I get this on Singularity? The GM from Tranquility could not help me out on SISI-related issues.
