Please advise as to what may be the reason this account was not mirrored if it existed prior to 3/21/19 Mirror from Tranquility?
PS If I choose the name of this character in Singularity it states it already exists.
what leads you to believe it wasn’t mirrored? is it not accepting the login? did you change your password between 3/15 and today? it’ll use the older password, if so

Thank You so much… That was it I had changed my Password.
I have just tried all my old passwords to no avail. I wasn’t Omega at time of mirror.
