thats the thing. i could launch and play another mmo, the old republic with zero issues but this is isolated to eve only

I can but its not allowing me to play the game. This was all fine until i subbed and then this issues started

I have, tried those. support gave me bare minimal response and then nothing. mentioned something of a google dns but i asked for help and silence. I really do not know what the hell is going on. this issues is isolated to just eve

If your credentials work on the EVE websites that means they’re valid, so that’s good (your account hasn’t been compromised or something).
The “connection failed” error indicates your computer couldn’t connect to the EVE servers. This could mean one of two things:
- You can’t resolve the DNS names for the EVE servers (i.e., translate name to IP).
- There is a failure in connection somewhere in the windy Internet path between your computer and the EVE servers.
For item 1, you can try different DNS servers. As support alluded to, Google DNS is publicly accessible. The IP address is 8.8.8.8. You could also use Cloudflare DNS, which is 1.1.1.1. You can change these in your computer’s network settings.
For item 2, if EVE worked until recently, the failure might be a temporary issue. Try waiting, and see if it resolves. Also, make sure you don’t have a VPN client active when trying to play the game. That can sometimes cause a problem as well.
