What are you trying to do?
Getting the addon to read data.
Was working on some charts for Marked data, and doing som PI calculations, then disaster struck.
My formulas now show
=_xldudf_EVEONLINE_INVENTORYSEARCH(A2,TRUE)
Using Excel web app btw
Checked several computers, so its not something cached on my local computer.
Tried opening a blank excel sheet, and cant connect to app there either
Have tried renaming the functions, but since i can’t access the addon, the function is unknown… ( #NAME? )
I’m also having this issue. Notticed maybe 24-48 hours ago and I too haven’t been able to work on PI calculations.
This is affecting other addins too, I’m watching the ticket made for this error for another addin will update if Microsoft communicate anything.
It’s possible to sideload the addin directly, but it’s not unstable and will disappear after some time(cookies/cache).
Loading the manifest directly, via “Upload My Add-in” in excel web.

I also have an update on the original error.
As soon as i logged on another account that has an active Microsoft Subscription (paying), and that dosnt have an organization block on add-ins, it works again…
Tried different non-paying accounts, and 1 organizational one with a add-in block, none worked.
But as soon as i entered with an active microsoft subsription…
Oh good spot about the active microsoft subscription, yesterday when I tested on my own free account it worked, but now it gave me the same error.
Some internal server error fetching entitlements, most likely due to the free version of the office.
At least I have more errors to show to MS support, so thanks for your testing!
The office team has put in a fix for this issue, please try it again if you can. I’ve tried it myself and it seems to be working now
