Eve Online Add-in Issue

For some reason when I attempt to add Eve add-in to my spreadsheet I get this error:

Also when I click see details, I get a 502 Gateway error. What am I doing wrong?

Issue resolved. MS365 issue, corrected by logging in and out.

I’m having the same issue but logging out and back in didn’t help. Don’t know what to do :grimacing:

This is what I get in Office 365 online (in browser) and can’t open add-in any more.

The issue is fixed, I didn’t have to do anything. I gues either CCP or Microsoft fixed it right…

MS Excel requires Webview2 to be installed to be able to use any (incl. EVE Online) add-ins. So, if you, like me, have made efforts to de-bloat your Windows OS, I’d suggest you have the Webview2 Runtime installer on hand and (try to) install it after each Windows Update.

Very simplified reason: Add-ins basically spin up an instance of MS Edge browser to perform it’s functionallity.

Sometimes its a good idea to clear the cookies in addition to logging in and out, since office 365 in browser attaches some states of the office workbooks into that. But good to hear it was resolved, even if only by magic :smiley:

Yeah, it works since then. Never seen that error before or after so I guess it is not about the cache.

Love the add-in!
