You can change the eanm with a drone damage amp since your hull tanked. Depends on preference. Neither module is better than the other. You got dps, speed and armor tank without hurting your speed. Great fit.
Very good fit. I’d personally swap the armor tank modules for drone damage amplifiers, but it’s up to you. I also replace the T2 modules for cheaper versions to improve the isk ratio. This is what I use (it’s about 4m isk, excluding drones):
[Algos, scramkite - keep range 8km - adjust speed to enemy - meta]

It is a ok fit. As others have pointed out, swapping the T2 EANM for a T2 DA gives you more DPS to break enemy reps and kill yourself out of a sticky situation.
The thing that captures me is why the web is not T2?.. -60% web is much better than a -55%, especially if you are actually trying to scram kite with it as you want to pin down your opponent as much as possible.
Scram Kite is already very hard with a 10mn in the first place. You will need some practice as slingshots are nearly unavoidable.
Oversized propmods in general give you a lot of speed, but at the cost of fitting, capacitor, acceleration and agility. The lower acceleration and agility will make it hard to keep an orbit/keep at range at a stable distance. It can work, but is a lot harder than with a regular sized propmod.
It is a cheap fit, just test it to get a “feel for it”
You can even buy the ship and the prop mod and nothing else. Then go and just try orbit a moveing target. you will feel the lack of acceleration and horrible turning If you feel you cannot overcome the difficulty in piloting, then just sell it all at a minimum loss. Or you can refit to a 1mn/5mn (depending on what targets you are after) and use the spare fitting to upgrade the size of the guns and/or fit a neut.
