The Federated Union of Gallente Prime has a new president, and for the first time in many years, I feel like this a cause for celebration!
Therefor I will celebrate Alix Moreau’s inauguration this evening, and I invite others to join me. I will be in one of my Moreau Campaign Busses, near the customs office orbiting Gallente Prime, launching Four Freedoms and Wings of Victory fireworks, and I may just offer some Moreau Campaign Busses to those who join me (Edit: It may increase you chances if you supply me with more of those two types of fireworks).
I expect to be there no later than 20:00, and hope to stay until 00:00.
