if TEST ALLIANCE ever increase the broker tax too high, there will be another revolution… it will make it very attractive to other groups to try to take over the profit… they’ll have to find the equilibrium point where they are making isk but not upset every traders in the region that would cause a revolution… and i think the 0.3% is the goldilock they want to keep it at.
That keepstar ain’t gonna pay for itself… the quicker they recoup the cost, the better. Its probably a trap for big fights anyway. Trader tears are delicious.
