Allow contracts with non empty containers in ships

Currently there is a pretty annoying limitation in contracts that doesn’t allow you to contract ship with non-empty container.

Most of solo pvp battleships have such containers because it allows you to take more cap charges with you. Every time you need to contract such ship to someone else you have to get into a station/citadel to remove container so you can contract/trade it. In some cases getting into a station/citadel is not possible (wormholes // docking rights revoked // etc).

It would be nice to get rid of this limitation. Thanks.

There is currently a technical limitation on the code that prevents this. If CCP ever gets that issue sorted, this would be a nice feature. But it isn’t possible under present operating conditions, unfortunately.
