Allow Orca Boosting with Multiple Orcas (Lock at Max 4 Orca’s ) but have diminishing returns just like modules.
Maybe we could look at all boosters and do the same thing. If you can field it, why not allow it? Would be a game changer.
Leave highsec if you want to make more isk mining.
