My idea is that of an alpha friendly ORE command ship that would be a toned down version of something like a porpoise but more “alphaed” it would only need a few extra new modules for things like command bursts and compression. But the idea is that of the base omega capabilities but toned down or worsened, and would help promote more alpha fleet mining and self reliance. And would be a great addition for smaller corps and groups who need something more practical. As well as being a great stepping stone into omega command ships. And I know that the easy solution would be to just upgrade but for some it isn’t that easy. Thx for your time 
Alpha miners can simply join an Omega player flying an ORE command ship for a mining fleet.
An Alpha mining fleet consists of multiple players anyway due to the ‘no multiboxing Alpha characters’ rule. Surely one amongst the players in such a fleet can be Omega to support the rest of the fleet.

Alphas just need to cozy up to someone who is Omega who will boost them when they mine. No new fleet assistance ship is needed for this purpose.

Alpha accounts can only run one character without breaking the TOS. Command ships are terrible miners. This only seems to buff cheaters and bots.

ORE “command” ships are not self reliant. They mine like crap, and are used to boost multiple ships, which alphas cannot do. We want alphas to befriend those with Omega accounts, so that they become a part of the community.
Maybe do something that actually pays well and you wouldn’t have to be alpha? lol

Mining pays almost nothing. especially as a alpha…especially if you are here making this post… cause then your clearly not in a fleet/null sec…

No Fleetboost abilities for Alphas. They already get more than enough. Period.
A good start might be to remove tech 2 modules from alphas again. They should be able to play the game, but it is the tutorial, and needs to have reasonable restrictions.

Yes. Alphas should be completely restricted to Tech I up to Meta4. No T2, no navy items/ships, no pirate faction items/ships, no deadspace etc..
They can absolutely test out any content with that and if it suits them, upgrade to Omega.
