I saw an advert on the launcher which state that accounts which are linked to the same email as another which is already omega can get 25% off 1 month of 15% off 3 months omega.
Above is the link. When i try to follow it and get time for my alts doesn’t appear in the special window as described.
Anyone able to help/advise?

All of my alts are changed way less than my main.
Just focus on your main first then treat each as a bonus after that!

You need to have each account set to the same email address, you can confirm this on the account page here: https://secure.eveonline.com/account
It will say under your email address:
“Other Account sharing [your email]”.
At least one account already needs Omega status based on my testing, the special offer will not be shown to that account. After you confirm this, login to an account which is not Omega, and visit the main store page:
You should then see a section at the top:
