I know that if I start another account, I can get the one million SP on that account.

But if I start a second character on my Omega account, does that character get the million SP? And is that account an Omega as well?

No. A second character on your current account doesn’t get the 1mil sp. And you won’t be able to train him/her at the same time as your primary unless you buy the multiple character training (MCT) option.

So go with another new/separate account.
