Would you feel better when they go up too?
That would be funny, if they all raise theirs and Eve becomes the cheapest of them all lol.

@Butte_Stuff Alpha is free. Enjoy.
So you dont chose what skills you put said sp in? But rather a category that you HAVE to train everything in?
Please refer stupid questions to game developers.
Mr Epeen
Please dont answer if you dont actually plan to answer
Isn’t that an answer, just one you don’t like?
Really? In this day and age? on the internets? with grind clown bears running 43 accounts each? People just irrationally rage about anything and everything, it’s a form of passive aggressive emotional bullying.
I am genuinely surprised that no one has addressed the important issue of: No-more ship spinning in dock.
I hope we have the ability to turn that dock animation off.
You can spin your doll in the avatar window.
Hopefully it falls off.
Speaking of which, we should have an API route for our doll stuff.
So they thought a decade about how to get rid of attributes and now they just go with the most simple version possible, by removing the skill queue and let the SP trickle into the SP pool instead.
And they sell that as a rework?
It would simplify their back end to have it just in the pool and let the user just use it to knock out skills in one go. You don’t get any benefit with partially trained skilll anyway. It also has the benefit of removing the unecessary complexity or forgetting to set a queue.
Attributes are just horrible complexity, primary and secondary bonuses too. Will save you some ISK in the process for implants. Many just have them balanced and don’t bother with the remaps anyway.
This stuff will also simplify the likes of EveMon apps on planners.
None of those things mean anything to me, they didn’t say “big content for the 7 people doing faction warfare”
I am sure the idea is to get more than 7 players doing FW. However one off putting issue with it for single account/char recreational players is the impact on roaming due to standings loss. So those players are not likely to do FW on their single character anyway and they cba to create another character to train up just to do it.
Two possibilities:
The major content here would be, lowsec will now be fundamentally different from highsec (dominated by CONCORD/npc and largely “safe”) and null/wh (domitated by players and as safe as its owners can enforce)
Or
Isnt the first time I have read a fanfest report along the same lines… promised much, delivered feck all promised, rinse and repeat. Infact its getting scary just how much they keep repeating the same stite. I feel like an abused wife, just go back taking the same beating and go back thinking things will change… (bit amatuer dramatic I know)
yah the dock animation will be interesting once or twice, and after that im going to want to disable it
you got it
It’s hilarious to me that some people think that CCP is going to replace passive SP accumulation with an active grind system.
Because out of everything CCP would like, forcing players to play on one account instead of paying to train a bunch of alts at the same time is an absolute priority for them, right?
It’s not subjective. They said it’s the LARGEST ONE they’ve ever done. So they gave us a metric to measure against.
