I have recently moved to angel nullsec space, while ratting in my 100mn vni i noticed that there are always 2-3 rats that will only yellow box and will not draw aggro from my drones. i have tried changing to a closer orbit (10km) and using an auto targetter but with no real change. Is there a way to maintain aggro without having to manually assign drones a few times every wave?

is it mostly frigates? if its mostly frigates than this isn’t just an angel space thing, I’ve been noticing since the spring expansion both in drone space and blood raider space that frigates have been focusing a lot more on drones and sticking to them like glue.
i think it may have been a semi-stealth-nerf to make anoms ever so slightly less afk-able. (I say semi stealth because they may well have included it in one of the patch notes. I can’t be bothered to go through them all. but I certainly don’t remember it being an announced change)

it is frigates mostly but sometimes battlecruisers/cruisers , they are not aggroing my drones however, they aggro nothing
