Actually, sound debate tactics determine the winner of a debate. Winning debates has nothing whatsoever to do with the topic or how people feel about the topic, including you and the others that posted like-minded responses.

The poster that i was speaking to used a fallacy as the basis of their point of debate and so automatically loses, there is no opinion that matters in this case, not mine and certainly not yours .

I mentioned that I won so as to frustrate the floundering attempts by the other poster to keep up with me in the arena of debate. Your being caught up in this was simply and unfortunate choice on your part and I see you as nothing more than collateral damage in a discussion you obviously dont understand.

I just aimed to clarify the art of sciolism, from the perspective of an expert sciolist and ex pirate of this game.

Sadly, I realized after my post that it might be offensive to some members of my opposing viewpoint and potentially also to sufferers of a popularly maligned ailment… thus, in a fit of self correction, I withdrew it out of concern that I be “red boxed” by the local authorities.

…or hurt someone’s feelings…

The fact of the matter is thus nothing will change wardecc corps will go into J-Space where high-sec bears won’t go and continue as normal and there shall be an increase in suicide ganking to pick up the slack, in the meantime null entities will happily put structures in high-sec to soak up all that lovely dosh I Choose You was into and life will carry on as normal. Its not the game thats broken its the player base myself included me thinks.

In my opinion the central point of all the fuss. They are paving the way to curb the structure proliferation to allow the big alliances to come for your broker fees. The modification of the wardec mechanic is a non-solution for a non-issue serving as an entertaining diversion to distract people from the large coup that is being prepared behind the scene. Yes, you can call me paranoid but this is Eve after all.

You are right on target here. But ( there is always some But ) take better look on BDO. Main PA attitude is: “If someone going to make money in my game, it will be me”.
This is only warming up and scouting the area to lure out little and big rats, and when PA came in, in full force, economy in Eve will have BIG changes.
