Anti gravity is driving me insane

With all the theories behind how to achieve anti gravity the thing that drives me bonkers is that as far as I know none of them answer it because of physics, that wall of physics, the only thing that comes to my mind is that to truly achieve anti gravity is to be massless which is physically impossible.

Is there a work around cause if you can’t go through maybe you can circumvent the physical, anyway my head is going to explode :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: gravity you drive me bananas.

Things lose mass with radiation. Everything will achieve lack of gravity eventually. Even black holes will dissipate.

Universe solution is antigravitational.
