Antiganking Bounty Fund: Get Paid To Antigank

Antiganking Bounty Fund

Thanks to several VERY generous sponsors, we now have a trillion isk. Thank you! As promised, this will be dedicated to the Antiganking Bounty Fund. Everyone is invited to participate. Pre-registration is not required. For more information and the current updated rules, join the channel: Antiganking Bounty Fund

Payment will be made according to the following rules:

*The target must be in a designated alliance or corporation. Gankers who purchase a ganking permit are exempt, and their ongoing payment will be used to maintain the fund.

*Payout is approximately fifty percent of total fitted ship value. For a T2 Catalyst, your payout will be around 6 million. For a T2 Talos, your payout will be around 65 million isk.

*Payout is for ganking ships (atron, catalyst, coercer, thrasher, vexor, maller, talos, oracle, tornado, rupture, gnosis, etc). Payment will also be made for scouts (exploration frigates and covert ops), provided they are identifiable as known ganking scouts. Capsules also qualify, provided the character is a ganker.

*If CONCORD/gate guns are not on the killmail, it is a valid kill. Congratulations! If CONCORD/gate guns are on the killmail, the kill will only be counted if the ganker does not successfully complete their gank. If multiple parties are on the killmail, payment will be subdivided accordingly. Whoring on a CONCORD lossmail will not qualify.

*To claim payment, send the killmail to Gob Lok, and you will receive your isk. If you have many killmails, you can send a link to your killboard for bulk processing, which may take one week to complete.

*Ganking permits are one billion isk per character per year.

Yuck! I only eat white chocolate.

That’s racist!

:ccpguard:

can they really rise from the dead? The real anti gankers? @Githany_Red

Maybe Githany is responsible for the implementation of Exordium, and eventually be responsible for the abolition of non-consensual PvP in the entirety of Hi-sec. Defeating gankers through meta-gaming instead of in-game combat.

It will be a great disappointment if she’s gone woke

Undocking is your consent. The day that changes…my subscriptions will be cancelled, as the game would simply no longer be EVE.

I have 1001 other things I could be doing.

Nah…I simply won’t care. ‘Non consensual PvP’ would mean EVE no longer existed. A bit like with those political parties where people comment ’ I didn’t leave the party…it left me’.

What I wrote didn’t in the slightest mean or imply you would stay, not sure what gave you that impression.

At that point if they actually do it FC already decided dropping the non-consensual hi-sec PvP people in favor of the potential new customers is a beneficial tradeoff according to their projections, thus FC will not care if you specifically or other like minded people leave as in their assessment the bottom line will benefit.

If Exordium proves this to be right then there is a reasonable chance they will do the math and the moment they feel it’s worth it they’ll pull the trigger. Probably would also cut some cost in reduced support requirements as they will no longer receive the constant complaints regarding why their ships were blown up in high security space (regardless if that argument is reasonable or not).

So as usual it all comes down to the bottom line whether they any longer care if you leave the game or not.

:psyccp:

A zero risk highsec might attract more people in the shorter term…but I’ve said all along that THE number 1 reason people leave EVE is boredom. Probably 10 times as many people leave out of boredom than out of ’ bwah…my ship got blown up’. So what is the effect going to be of reducing highsec to ultimate, zero risk, grinding boredom ?

If FC estimates people will stay, maybe providing other types of gameplay options, new features, whatever then your point of view will be completely unimportant.

Exordium will show for sure if and how bored people will be there, how many leave it and how many stay as semi-permanent residents.

If players there enjoy their peaceful gameplay and still pay their sub or as Alphas can be successfully monetized in other ways then FC could easily conclude a safe hi-sec is a viable option for them as a company.

Again: it all comes down to the bottom line, nothing else.

Peacefull but high taxes/no player structures HS is not that bad. imo
