Hey, not sure what this is about, i tried to extract sp off my acc and it says its security locked, but im actively using it, i logged in for a support ticket and it asked to to link with another account which i did but it still wont let me extract for my new holding alt.
is there something in game i can do, or do i try email, been 24 hours so far waiting on a response from ccp, need to get my holding alt properly skilled to handle my new station.
