Let’s move this discussion to another Drifter-related thread, such as perhaps this, and keep this thread focused on the historical record?
I don’t get protective of my crew. They know they’re a resource to be spent. However, they do expect their lives to buy something of value. You have yet to give even the slightest indication there’s something to be gained from this.
Yes, please. Less so because that thread is mine - thanks, by the way - but because this thread is about the history up until that point, and everything we have on it, so anybody who comes in later can get up to speed. I really could have used this before I showed up and made a fool of myself spouting nonsense of actually containing their spaces. Because that isn’t feasible.
But by providing this index of history, we - being myself, and others like me who want to know more to forward the cause in getting to the bottom of it - can get the full story, and perhaps get more details than we could when someone told us themselves the full story. We get to watch every piece and every detail that lead up to the emergence, and thus we have a better grasp on how serious the situation is.
I will get off my soap box now.
So did anyone find out anything further about who/what it was that was impersonating Dr.Tukoss and what they wanted with the Jovian body parts?
I have a bad feeling that it was something that was required to activate and deploy the Drifter Battleships in significant numbers.
As already pointed out, it was Elder Mentor Matshi Raish from SOCT who used an Entosis module fitted to his Gnosis -class battlecruiser to scan TES Seraph, piloted by Empress Jamyl Sarum I at the time, not a Circadian Seeker. Unless you’re refrencing a lesser known, un-documented event.
Little short of a month later, the Drifters assembled the largest known fleet of Drifter Battleships - estimated at 400 units - seen before or since and made sure not a single atom of her was left floating in the void, and they practically ignored all other vessels at the scene. Nothing like that has happened since. No interruption of the coronation of Catiz I by the Drifters. It does very much look like, as they say, “personal.”
I will have to concur with @Mizhara_Del_thul here, “It’s rather interesting how everyone are just ignoring that as hard as they possibly can.”
Because gallente are still invading, and Drifter’s incursion has been defeated. It isn’t smart move to shove your nose into ants hill and then squeal to everyone, “Oh, Maker! We have ant crisis!”
And for you to not ask me questions like that in the future, I’d like to offer everyone an ineresting scenario to imagine. Lets suppose Gallente invaders were expelled from the Black Rise, Caldari Prime was returned to the State, and Gallente do not attack neither of these places again, but the peace wasn’t signed - they just stopped doing that. And imagine in that situation me (or someone else) jumping into core Federation worlds, starting to kill everyone indiscriminately and “collect” gallente artifacts for “studying”, while screaming all over forums, “WE HAVE GALLENTE CRISI!”
Of course that’s dumb and I will never do such a thing.
But why you are doing that? Want to provoke next Drifter crisis?

Per the request here, let’s move this to another thread.
I’ve taken the liberty of replying there.
You’ll find the post here.
I admit, I was unaware of the particular specifics of Jamyl’s death. Guess I was wrong about that. Still I maintain that if we had not shot first, the Drifters wouldn’t be openly hostile towards us.
I’ve taken the liberty of adding the Pharos/SARO article to the registry. While it’s not terribly concrete, it is worth noting that Vigilant Tyrannos battleships did appear in Luminaire, and their Doomsdays did in fact not fire when their overshields fell.
I’ve taken the liberty of updating the repository with all relevant Discourse episodes, including both recent releases.
We have the Drifter fleet release here, and the CONCORD DIA anomaly footage leak release here.
Pilots;
I’ve added the most recent Discourse and the CTDV ARCHIVES to the original post. Please note that many of the CTDV files will be repetitive, so I would only really recommend reviewing the latest to see footage compiled to date.
Pilots;
It’s been a busy few weeks! The index post has been updated with the two new Discourse releases, and also Scope articles that followed.
As a point of brief discussion, do we want to fold the Triglavian Collective news into this? I’m assuming at present that we would, as the Triglavian-Tyrannos war mirrors our own on-going situation, but would like an outside opinion.
Yes.
Once we know more about them, and not them-as-antagonists-to-drifters, then they get a story of their own.
It’s going to grow into something distinct. And probably big, once we know more.
So-- separate? But linked, please.
It’ll be less trouble in the long run, the “long run” likely starting in … well, as soon as we have access to abyssal deadspace.
Interaction between the two should be documented in the Drifter Crisis history and whatever log the Triglavian will receive for their own timeline, as soon as we can learn enough to distinguish them.
Pilots; the index post has been updated with the recent weeks’ media report. While we don’t have a complete update on casualty reports, given the breadth and length of the Drifters’ attacks on Society shipyards, I can only assume that this constitutes an escalation in CONCORD’s view.
