[ARC] Large and Heavily Damaged Drifter Fleet Encountered in Hive Complex

He was in one of your fleets and while he is in one of your fleets, he is your responsibility. In any fleet, if a pilot mis behaves and, let’s say, attack someone their not supposed to attack, you firdt go tobwhonis in charge, then that person goes to the individual. He was in an ARC fleet at the time of these statements. This is the standard in null sec, as it is in hi sec. The only difference is in hi sec they just war dec you regardless of who ordered it

Local channel etiquette courtesy of Null sec…no, no I think I will pass.

Well local channel etiquette in null sec is silence and the occasional GF. The aratakas communication router was where some of the comments were made as well if I’m not mistaken. Though i do apologize for the mix up of corporstions, butnibfoubt he is the only one who holds that sentiment

Surely you are not implying that we should thought police anyone who’ve ever flown in our fleet (and is not even employed by ARC) and suppress people’s opinions?

No, but you are doing a pretty good job of usurping concord authority

He’s saying that while people are flying in your fleet, they are working for you and flying your colors. They are acting under your auspices, and so their actions represent you. Their statements reflect upon you, same as they would on any employer of contractors.

Surely you’re not saying ARC is a less responsible employer than Goonswarm, or CODE?

I’m pretty sure CONCORD representatives would inform us if we were in fact usurping their authority, like they did inform and then sanction us after ARC expedition retrieved remains of late Hilen Tukoss.

CONCORD has no authority over Drifters - their only charge in regards to what we see of them is to ensure that technology is shared equally, and to regulate capsuleers & all that implies. They might have good reason to fight Drifters, but they have no necessity or duty to do so.

I’m not sure how it works in your space, here we have a splendid thing called “contract” which divides ARC members, roughly, into Associates, Contractors and Employees with varying degrees of responsibility. I could ask our legal team to give you out a copy, but you see, such paperwork takes time.

Then your telling me that concord told you very explicitly, that the drifters are the worst threat we have ever faced and must be killed at every opportunity, while we, Concord, sit on our asses?

Woodrow Ormand, are you telling me you get to decide what CONCORD thinks?

And operationally, while in your fleet, fleet members aren’t expected to hold themselves to a certain minimum standard of conduct? Are they allowed, for example, to go ganking miners if the fleet happens upon some?

No, simply you said this

And that doesn’t only go one way. If concord think they’re a threat they will either put a bounty on them, which they haven’t, or they will attack them personally. In extreme cases they tell people to go attack them. None of that has happened and ARC is saying they are doing this because they are protecting the people. That’s what CODE. It isn’t a good argument for them and i isnt a good argument for you

Arrendis, file a formal complaint and forward it to active ARC coordinators, please. I will not comment on this topic any further

Let’t all get a lesson about killing the unarmed from a member of Goonswarm, shall we?

Such a burn from a toaster lover.

What complaint? I’m asking you about ARC’s policies toward contractors’ behavior and responsibilities—you know, the thing you decided to present yourself as an authority on when you began lecturing Woodrow there over how he, a bystander, perceived ARC’s behavior when observing their fleet in action.

I’m not exactly sure what claims you’re trying to put in my mouth there, but it’s a pretty weak attempt. Goonswarm accepts full responsibility for Miniluv’s activities. We don’t deny that they’re us. We don’t deny that they’re acting under our auspices. If we did, well, that’d be pretty hypocritical of us, considering… nah. I’ll let that keep a few days longer, I think.

Soooo… if that’s supposed to be a burn… maybe work on your skills?

Assume it was whatever you want.

Ok, then I’ll assume it’s an indication that you need to stop in for your every-thirty-thousand-AU-tune-up-and-oil-change. Also, ‘let’t’ is a weird typo.
