I know Navy ravens were good ships and still are…has anything batter come along or is the raven in its own class?
I’ve made a nice raven build which fits all that i need perfectly…I don’t need to sacrifice anything. But before I do shell out maybe others can recommend something better slot and bonus wise…will be torpedo or rapid heavies…DPS based with some range. Cap stable.

we at United Standings Improvement Agency, have a fit for a Budget HS L4 (Ultra-Passive) Navy Raven that we use. I specifically use a T1 Raven, and you can still see quite a few ravens when out and about doing L4’s
Navy Raven is still being used, wonder why. T1 Raven is trash but you can sup it up with T2 modules then it’s a decent ship.
Not many Ravens doing L4 missions but quite a few still out there. Not my favorite ship though.
Get a Hecate. Very good ship. Way better than Raven. Raven is for losers.
There’s a ton of HS mission running bots that use them so they must be decent.

Actually… as long as it can still complete the mission it might be your BEST bet for survival because nobody would bother suicide ganking you in a trash fit like that.

Also a trash fit, horribly optimized. You should never be using more shield boost amps than invulns. You have less tank than you should have AND more tank than you need. No mission ship should ever have shiney modules. You’re just asking to get ganked.
