Would just like to say thank you to everyone who contributed positively much appreciated keep up the good work you are an asset to the forums and knowledge of eve.
I was able to dissect some builds and make a build which I am testing and is working great, I come to realise there are better ships than a raven navy but being away 15 years and returning i want to have a play with all the ones i have missed and see what the difference are while testing physically and not just by writing notes.

Terrible posters being terrible posters, per usual. Incapable or unwilling to be helpful and useful, if just for once. Not all but some.
OP: if a fit doesn’t have damage application mods or rigs it’s going to be a bad fit as you lose quite a bit of actual damage without them. A partial solution to that would be rapid heavies but even there you want some application, also those come with their own bunch of issues one of them being limited clip potential which more of an issue if ship bonuses are based on rate of fire Instead of damage. And the raven gets a rof bonus making it less ideal for rapids. The navy version doesn’t get a damage bonus at all which is kinda meh but makes it “ok” for rapids.
Beyond that ships that are specifically used to complete missions (mostly lacking in tank to completely clear pockets, only hit mission objectives) don’t necessarily give you the most income as a large portion of your income is loot&salvage.
So a Raven, or any other missile ship, that doesn’t have guidance computers with precision scripts or a full set of rigor&flare rigs is going to be slow and bad. Unless it uses rapids but then you still want some application.

Intresting fit, no prop mod at all, also why a drone link to increase drone range, i thought drone range was already quite decent and cruise missiles reach out a long way anyway. Surely better of losing the drone aug and having an extra launcher no?

I don’t use drones anymore, but I just never updated that fit from another thread. If I have long missions, I’ll trade the tp for an ab. I just like to relax when I run missions in this ship, take my time, kill everything and pick up the mtu when I’m done

Yep. that build relies on range tanking. Except for missile chuckers like gurista you just keep on hitting MJD off cooldown to never really get hit. Usually by the time in gun range your MJD should be off cd.
ONly gurista will tag at 100km’s. For them I’d pull a cap mod and second computer for a basic shield booster/hardener combo. Gurista makes that easy. Kinetic.
MWD pulses after the MJD can keep on pulling range as well.
Rigors give the boost to applied damage from max range.
MJD gives some downtime but once you know a mission you learn spots to take to offset. Useful skill to pick if going to torps. Works the same as a blaster boat. MJD in, and blow crap up fast. BUt the MJD placement has to be good imo.
Torp fits…meh I never really liked torps. I prefer a blaster boat for that. Even null ammo gives satisfying blap moments lol.
guristas will tag out to 300km even.
Had a brain fart taking my new kronos on a shake down runs this weekend. Got worlds collide which I wanted. This and the extravaganza’s were eluding me to see my kronos run them.
Hit gurista side room after the gate unlock for landing room and popped mjd since alot of ships there out of instinct.
Realized after I did this oh yeah…they hit real good at 100+ at this range. Oh well…this just got longer for blaster test run lol.
Side note of for some of the buffers fits above…gurista hurt more. Buffer fits are right up their alley. If used…I’d find a way to put in SPR’s. You will take many hits you might want recovered faster.
