And ■■■■■■ off the 2 bank system so that there is 1 ess bank that holds a proportion (even a big percentage) of the isk by ratting that would help a good bit
If there was regular 1b ess banks then people would get good fights for them. Stopping people robbing there own banks tho could b an issue

If you are old enough to recognise Safety. as pirates then you are old enough to set them red and dock up/move to a different system when they show up in local.
